1. All Sales are Final
Due to the immediate access and nature of digital downloads (PDFs, planners, worksheets, and workflows), all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the download link is delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Why No Refunds?
Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be “sent back” to us. Once you have access to a BrightStart System, the information is yours forever. This policy ensures that we can continue creating high-quality, affordable resources for the early learning community.
3. Technical Issues
Your success is our priority! If you experience any technical difficulties with your download, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to ensure you receive a functional file. Common issues we can help with:
